Returns and Exchanges
General
Online purchases must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 20 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 30 days will be returned to sender.

Returns can take up to 15 days after delivery for our e-commerce center to process. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.
Please note all online domestic (U.S) orders Returned will be charged a standard $15 restocking fee per item returned.
All online domestic (U.S) orders Exchanged will be charged a standard $10 restocking fee per item exchanged.
All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged.
Returns are only available for online purchases. All in-store purchases are for STORE CREDIT ONLY - Please contact the store you visited to return an in-store purchase.
To return an order from Puerto Rico or the AE, please reach out to shop@clorindaantinori.com We will provide you with a return address. The customer is responsible for creating a label and is responsible for the return cost.
Final Sale
All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page, and at checkout. No price adjustments on past purchases. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
