We accept returns for all online purchases. Returns for in-store purchases are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Shipping
Can I change my shipping address?
Once you order is placed, you cannot edit the address yourself. Please contact us at shop@clorindaantinori.com to change your shipping address if necessary.
After placing an order, can I expedite my shipping method?
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping choice after checkout, please contact shop@clorindaantinori.com to change your shipping method.
Extra charges will apply depending on the shipping method of choice.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship our shoes outsides of the United States and Canada
Sizing and Fit
How can I make sure I am getting the correct size?

Each product will specify sizing particularities so you have as much detail as possible on sizing and on fit.
How do your shoes run width wise?
We manufacture our shoes differently for every style meaning each shoe has its own unique fit.
We do our best to describe the fit for each style in it's description section. Our dedicated team is also on hand to help guide you with what style/ fit will best match you.
How small/ big do your shoes run?
We carry size 5 US in many of our shoes. Please reach out to our stores for size 4 selection.
We go up to size 12 women's on many of our styles.
